First of all, I would like to explain to you what is interaction. Personally and based on my experience, interaction is a relation which is occur during certain period of time, in a specific method which linking user and machine(computer) in a particular way.
As usual, everything has it good and bad thing so as interaction. There is a good interaction and bad interaction. For example, good interaction ease user in it's application and bad interaction didn't serve user in an excellent way.
Thus, HCI (Human Computer Interaction) exist. HCI is the experiment of interaction between user and computer. It is a study of making a good interaction, to serve people well in interaction, a good discipline concern with the design, be good to human environment & surrounding and it promises user satisfaction. Moreover, it studies a conjunction between user and computer to make the best interaction, it also included with the supporting knowledge of computer and user side.
In conclusion, HCI is an effort to make humans feel good in interaction whether it is because of interface or anything that leads to build a better life for human in interacting!
